【 Booking・Payment 】

• 1. Time-based reservations such as massages and tour guides：：A deposit of 15-20% of the total amount is required. You can use bank transfers, GCash transfers, credit (debit) cards, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. In this case, the reservation is confirmed through the manager in charge. The balance can be paid directly to the service therapist, tour guide, or staff member.
• 2. House rentals：The total amount must be paid in full to complete the reservation. Only bank transfers and credit card payments are accepted.
• 3. Massage shop usage：Follow the reservation system of the respective massage shop.
• 4. Therapy boots：A deposit of 15-20% of the total amount is required. You can use bank transfers, GCash transfers, credit (debit) cards, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. The balance can be paid directly to the service therapist.
  
• * If the reservation is not confirmed, the deposit will be immediately refunded through GCash refund, credit card authorization cancellation, or Ali/WeChat Pay authorization cancellation.

【 Cancellation・Refund 】

• 1. 100% refund
• ㆍBefore service preparation：100% refund
• ㆍIn case of clear fault on our system or local hosts：100% refund
• ㆍIn case of no-show by the local host：100% refund
• ㆍFor house rentals, 7 days before check-in：100% refund
• 2. 50% refund of house rent and house option fees
• ㆍFor house rentals, 6 days before check-in to the day before check-in：50% refund.
• ㆍAfter house check-in, remaining accommodation period：50% refund of the remaining accommodation days (calculated as 1 day if canceled after 12:00 PM local time)
