【 Cancellation・Refund 】

• 1. 100% Refund of Payment Amount
• ㆍCancellation before service preparation: 100% refund.
• ㆍIn case of clear fault by our system or the local host: 100% refund.
• ㆍIn case of a No-Show by the local host: 100% refund.
• ㆍFor house rentals, cancellation 7 days before check-in: 100% refund.

• 2. 50% Refund of House Rental Fee and House Option Fees
• ㆍFor house rentals, cancellation from 6 days before check-in to the day before check-in: 50% refund.
• ㆍFor remaining stay after check-in at a pension: 50% refund of the remaining stay days (cancellation after 12 PM local time is calculated as 1 day).
